The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. Est. Annual Earnings range from: $109,000.00 - $250,000.00 This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Department Net Bonuses based on: Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Requirements

Previous Automotive Sales Management experience a plus
Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
Ensure salespeople are engaging with customers
Address and resolve customer concerns
Manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved
