This is a "hunter" role for a sales professional who uses design as their primary tool to solve problems and close deals. Requirements
- In-Home Sales Experience: Required
- Sales Background: 2–5 years of outside sales experience (proven track record of hitting quotas)
- Design Savvy: A passion for organization and aesthetics (design software experience is a plus)
- Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable self-sourcing leads
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check

- design software experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to design and sell high-end custom storage solutions
- Manage company-provided leads while proactively networking to grow your territory
- Own the process from the first design sketch to the final contract signing
- Stay ahead of design trends and educate homeowners on our premium product line
