About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will be the face of our company. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners , understand their needs, and present customized bath remodeling solutions that fit their vision. This is an outside sales position where you will use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions directly in customers’ homes.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple appointments
• Experience in in-home sales is preferred
• Background in the home remodeling industry is a plus
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confident presenting to homeowners and explaining product solutions
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Outgoing personality who thrives in a customer-focused environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in in-home sales is preferred
• Background in the home remodeling industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Design custom bath solutions using our easy-to-use software
• Provide clear pricing and confidently close sales
• Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve your skills
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
