Now, we’re looking for dedicated In-Home Sales Representatives to help bring that same level of excellence to even more families’ homes.
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to provide personalized bath solutions that match their vision. This outside sales role uses advanced technology to design, present, and sell high-quality bath products directly in the customer’s home.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confidence in public speaking and delivering professional presentations
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Outgoing and personable, thriving in social and fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home sales preferred
• Background in home remodeling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Build personalized bath designs with our easy-to-use software
• Provide pricing information and close sales consistently
• Participate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skills
• Educate homeowners on product features and benefits
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers to maximize satisfaction and referrals
