About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives with truly unlimited bonus and income potential. This position is commission-based, meaning your earnings—and bonus potential—are completely unlimited and directly driven by your performance. There is no cap on what you can make. As a Closets by Design Designer, you’ll help clients organize and transform their spaces while building a career with no ceiling on your income. You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule and meet with clients in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties. We provide pre-set appointments with friendly customers and offer complete sales and design training—no experience necessary.

Requirements

No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required
Coachable candidates encouraged to apply
Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 16-week sales training program
Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Comfortable working in a commission-based role with unlimited earning and bonus potential

Responsibilities

Begin your sales route with pre-set appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided)
Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
Walk through the home to assess opportunities
Educate customers on our products and services
Follow our proven Sales Training system to help customers while growing your unlimited bonus income
