About The Position

The Tile Shop is seeking a dedicated sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships by treating them with courtesy. You will conduct follow-up communications with customers and sell tile and related products to exceed their expectations. A strong understanding of installation and use of all products is essential to educate customers effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking established individual sales goals, managing store orders, and providing customers with product updates. Presenting yourself in a professional manner at all times is crucial, and you will be expected to work evenings and weekends as needed.
