About The Position

The Sales & Design Consultant at Roche Bobois is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while maximizing sales in a high-end furniture showroom. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting the Roche Bobois collections, and assisting with interior design services for both residential and commercial projects. The consultant will work closely with a 3D design team and is expected to build long-lasting relationships with customers, contributing to the brand's growth in the North American market.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-end retail sales or interior design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with upscale clients and build relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, or SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and high-end attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Interior Design Degree or Certificate.
• Experience with 20/20 design software.
• Comfortable with client home visits.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' needs and provide tailored service to maximize sales.

• Close sales orders and follow up on the purchase process with clients.
