About The Position

As a Sales Demonstrator, you will play a key role in showcasing ODRA's street sweeping equipment to prospective customers across the US and Canada. This role requires hands-on operation of sweepers, setting up on-site demos, attending trade shows, and supporting the sales team by providing live product demonstrations and technical insight.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in equipment operation, sales demonstrations, or customer support in a technical/industrial setting
• Comfortable operating heavy equipment (e.g., sweepers, loaders, tractors)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying outdoor conditions

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) is an asset.
• Mechanical aptitude or light technical troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience in the municipal, construction, or industrial equipment industry

Responsibilities

• Operate ODRA equipment at customer sites, trade shows, and events for demonstration purposes
• Set up, manage, and execute field demonstrations and walkarounds
• Educate potential customers on product features, benefits, and applications
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support pre-sales and post-demo follow-ups
• Provide feedback from demos to the Product and Sales teams for continuous improvement
• Support equipment delivery/training sessions as needed
• Maintain demo equipment, trailer, and related tools in top condition
• Travel up to 70% of the time across the US and Canada
