About The Position
A Sales Delivery Specialist under the guidance of the New Vehicle Sales Managers, will assist the sales staff in the delivery of vehicles to customers. The goal of the Delivery Specialist is to ensure customers begin their ownership experience by knowing how to fully operate their vehicle. About Our Dealership Our Talent Team recruits talent to compliment both our Westside and Northside Lexus dealerships. With our recent business growth we are in need of quality individuals to staff our dealership needs. We seek individuals that have the highest level of integrity, a stable work history, a commitment to relentless customer satisfaction and a desire for a long term profitable career.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Ability to effectively utilize the Microsoft Office Suite, ipads
- Superior customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Additional training and education a plus
- Related technical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the delivery of their vehicles
- Follow-up with customers regarding the delivery of their vehicle
- Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge in the following technologies: Bluetooth, Enform 2.0, Safety Connect, Navigation System, Park Assist, Home Link and ect…
- Present Lexus Products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding
- Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
