Job Summary: The Sales Data Intern will support the Sales Operations team by helping organize information, manage basic data tasks, and assist with day‑to‑day administrative needs. This role is a great opportunity to learn how sales data is used in a real business setting while gaining hands‑on experience working with spreadsheets, reports, and internal tools. This position will work onsite at our headquarters in Feasterville-Trevose.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for reviewing and editing documents.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and structured information.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with team members.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in sales operations, data management, or business analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Help organize, clean, and update sales data to keep information accurate and easy to use.
- Assist in comparing and connecting different data sets to support simple reports and team projects.
- Complete basic administrative tasks such as forms, documentation, and general sales operations support.
- Enter data into internal systems and help maintain shared files and folders.
- Support the Sales Ops team on small projects related to distributor needs, retailer programs, and internal reporting.
