Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years’ experience.
• 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, data integration specialist or similar role in the SaaS industry.
• Up to 30% travel.
• 3 years expertise in different Azure or other cloud services, particularly focused on data mapping, systems integrations, and understanding of APIs.
• 3 years in designing, building, and managing data pipelines.
• Solid programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support for a new Digital SaaS product throughout the sales process.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing how the product meets customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their existing data structures, perform detailed data mapping, and ensure seamless integration with our product to support successful implementation.
• Serve as the technical liaison between the sales team, product development, and customers, ensuring accurate communication of product capabilities and limitations.
• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and technical questions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends to effectively communicate these to customers.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies by providing insights into technical feasibility and customer needs.
