Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering or other related technical field.
  • 5 years experience with Power BI architecting.

Nice To Haves

  • AI, machine learning, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar tools
  • Programmatic statistical languages like Python or R.
  • SQL and a large data platform like Snowflake or Hadoop.
  • Exposure to and proficiency in a broad range of analytics methods and how to deploy them in real-world applications

Responsibilities

  • Develop processes to support advanced analytics and data driven decision making processes.
  • Provide consultative and direct support to assist the development of foundational analytics capabilities to accelerate and
  • leverage advanced analyses.
  • Implement best practices in model development, recommend appropriate models for business needs, support business review processes with effective visualizations and automate processes where needed.
  • Communicate complex topics to senior and regional leaders and build strong relationships and data/model confidence at
  • all levels of the sales organization.
  • Mentor others to promote a culture of collaborative growth and continuous learning and improvement
