This role supports the development, execution, and optimization of the company's sales strategies and initiatives. This position is responsible for analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth and enhance sales performance. Coordinate with the Sales Support Manager and other internal departments.Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of current sales strategies and initiatives.Prepare comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.Assist in the development of sales forecasts, targets, and quotas based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic sales initiatives, programs, and campaigns.Recommend and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.Attends new product launch meetings.Utilize programs available to further develop customers and a sales pipeline for the team.Participates with cross functional teams to develop solutions.Serves as a consultant from sales to the marketing group for company marketing strategies.Open and timely communication on all tasks and projects.Assist with Sales Operations functions as needed.Other duties as assigned
