We are seeking a Data Analyst focused to support strategic decision-making across our commercial laundry operations. This role will drive profitability by analyzing equipment sales and optimizing pricing models and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cost of goods and profit margin analysis and be highly proficient in Power BI and Excel to develop dashboards, margin reports, and forecasting tools. Requirements

  • Background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced Power BI expertise — DAX, Power Query, relational data modeling, KPI visualization, and scheduled reporting.
  • Expert Excel proficiency, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, macros, and Power Query.
  • Strong understanding of cost structures
  • Ability to merge and analyze large datasets from POS, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills — able to turn data into strategic recommendations for executives and field teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills — able to bridge technical analysis with on-the-ground operational realities.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for optimizing profitability and efficiency through data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of analytical experience in industrial services, or manufacturing industries.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL or Python for advanced analytics (preferred).
  • Familiarity with pricing elasticity and competitive benchmarking within B2C service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain pricing models for laundry equipment sales to optimize profitability by customer type, and different product offerings.
  • Conduct margin and cost analysis across all business units — identifying opportunities for efficiency and pricing improvement.
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards tracking metrics such as average sale price, market floor pricing, and target pricing.
  • Use Excel and Power BI to perform scenario modeling on pricing changes, equipment upgrades, and new service offerings.
  • Analyze data from quoting and ERP systems to uncover profitability and product-line contribution margins.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to evaluate pricing and profitability, and discount structures.
  • Support leadership with data-driven pricing recommendations that improve competitiveness while protecting margins.
  • Identify trends in win rates based on pricing to improve win rates and increase sales.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports summarizing key pricing KPIs, and cost trends.
  • Support automation and integration of reporting processes across systems and departments.
