About The Position

We’re looking for a confident, calm, and highly personable Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for our customers and dealer partners. This role blends customer support, sales, and marketing awareness, and is ideal for someone who can think on their feet, build rapport quickly, and handle high-emotion situations with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field
  • Strong customer service background with proven phone communication skills
  • Sales experience or a natural sales instinct

Responsibilities

  • Field inbound calls from customers and dealers, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support
  • Handle upset or frustrated customers with patience, empathy, and clear problem-solving
  • Leverage a sales mindset to identify opportunities, upsell when appropriate, and strengthen long-term relationships
  • Communicate product knowledge clearly and confidently, particularly within the firearms/shooting industry
  • Support marketing initiatives through customer feedback, messaging alignment, and brand representation
  • Act as a trusted voice of the company—smooth, articulate, and composed in all interactions
  • Adapt to evolving processes and responsibilities; this is a moldable role with room to grow
  • Potential to assist in marketing efforts via content creation and social media strategy
