As a Sales and Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to sell our lawn and landscape services by identifying and recommending solutions that meet the needs of both current and prospective customers. You'll make outbound calls to renew services, upsell additional services, follow up with customers who have outstanding balances, and generate new sales by confidently communicating the benefits of our services and the value of choosing Naturescape. This role is centered on driving sales through fully guaranteed services that meet customer needs and help them achieve the lawn and landscape they've always wanted. You'll care for our customers over the phone, email, and online chat by educating them, providing solutions, applying our LAVISH customer service framework, and showing them how much we want them to be happy with our service and their lawn and landscape! Beyond directly assisting our customers, a significant part of your contribution will involve supporting your coworkers at each of our 42 locations. You will provide flexibility for our branch teams. This means stepping in to handle customer interactions when local employees are unavailable or when incoming call volumes are exceptionally high. You'll work closely with the teams from all locations to offer high-quality support, fostering a collaborative team environment where everyone works together to help one another. This collective effort will ensure we consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience by seamlessly managing all incoming interactions. Your dedication to supporting your colleagues will directly contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our entire organization. In this role, you will work a consistent schedule totaling 25-29 hours per week. Saturday is a required workday (8 hours) and is not optional. The remaining hours will be scheduled across weekdays, with flexibility based on both company needs and your availability. Weekday shifts will typically fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, but we are open to evening availability as late as 8:00 PM to allow for maximum flexibility. Our goal is to support a schedule that works well for you while ensuring consistent coverage and customer service throughout the week.
