The Spa Representative at True REST Spa plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and promoting relaxation through flotation therapy. This position focuses on providing exceptional service, educating clients about the benefits of flotation therapy, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The representative is expected to demonstrate a commitment to self-care and mental wellness while achieving sales performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the spirit of the brand and promote flotation therapy.
- Develop expertise in flotation therapy and educate clients.
- Provide exceptional service in all areas of the spa and client care.
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in the spa environment.
- Build rapport and create connections with clients.
- Perform opening, closing, and transitioning tasks as per policy.
- Submit shift checklists to the supervisor.
- Engage in customer service efforts as defined by management.
- Clean, stock, and maintain the facility.
- Track client development and opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Fluency in English.
