Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls.
• Schedule everything from on-site estimating appointments to phone appointments.
• Offer customers personalized products, services, and solutions.
• Get to know the home repair and remodeling business.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow up on estimates, quotes, and membership agreements.
