Sales Customer Service Representative

Staffmark has an outstanding direct hire opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Sales Customer Service Representative position with a packaging company in Middletown, OH. This role is ideal for someone with five years of technical sales experience who is looking to elevate their career.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling pricing, order entry, and coordination of requirements.
• Communicate with customers via phone, fax, and email about orders, returns, shipments, and products.
• Process customer orders and coordinate product shipments and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with production and other departments on design, delivery, service, and account matters.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Manage and maintain inventory programs using the Harry Rohde Management System.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in an office environment.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
