About The Position

As a Sales Customer Service Rep, you are our customers' go-to person for scheduling and booking appointments. Every day, you complete a variety of essential tasks such as answering incoming calls, setting and booking appointments , handling questions, collecting payments, fixing billing issues, and addressing customer concerns. You build rapport as you handle our customers' needs, encouraging repeat business. As you speak with clients, you identify any opportunities you can to promote a product or service and encourage a sales deal. As an experienced sales rep, you are also expected to meet sales benchmarks as required . You assess each client's needs and recommend the appropriate solutions, making sure they know about all the available options we have for them. Based on our team's availability and the needs of our clients, you schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, create service records, and follow up after each appointment to ensure total satisfaction. You feel great about helping our customers and boosting our sales! Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the home services industry
  • Experience with data entry, scheduling, and dispatching software
  • Computer and typing proficiency
  • Must meet sales benchmarks
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must have experience with high-volume outbound or inbound calls
  • Enjoying canvassing and understanding booking calls for work is a must

  • Someone that is used to hitting benchmarks and working off of bonuses is preferred, but not required
