About The Position

The Sales & Customer Service Associate is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers and other support departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Associate supports our vision by processing all orders, assisting with inquiries, and supporting the Sales & Customer Service team as needed. This Associate role is a foundational position in which the skills and desired characteristics for professional growth within FOH® are developed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in customer service in an office environment, call center, or hospitality industry
  • Follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Stress and time management skills
  • Analytical, creative, practical problem-solving skills
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Communicate with clarity verbally
  • Work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team
  • Small project management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Familiar with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates high energy and ownership towards supporting the Sales & Customer Service team, sales managers and sales reps
  • Communicates any issues to the FOH® team in a timely manner as it relates to assigned orders, including purchase order discrepancies, system failures, etc.
  • Accurately processes samples and orders via SAP Business One software for assigned orders and helping with other orders as needed
  • Completes open order monthly reporting on SAP Business One
  • Responds to all internal communications and inquiries within 2-4hours
  • Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results
  • Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
  • Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions
