Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct outreach initiatives to identify and engage potential customers in assigned markets.
  • Build rapport with prospective customers to understand their needs and promote the services best suited for them.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive presentations about the benefits of our client's wireless internet offerings.
  • Answer questions and address concerns from potential customers in a professional manner.
  • Assist interested customers with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and service options to provide accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Track and report on outreach activities, customer interactions, and enrollment metrics.
  • Identify potential barriers to enrollment and suggest solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
