About The Position
This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting. Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks. Estimated first-year earnings range, including hourly wage and commission: $50,000 - $75,000. Uncapped commission and earnings.
