This position involves selling pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, as well as cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The Sales Counselor is responsible for assisting families with funeral selections and attending services. Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
