About The Position

This position involves selling pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The Sales Counselor is responsible for assisting families with funeral selections and attending services. Lead generation for this role occurs through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. Everstory Partners aims to provide supportive spaces for individuals and families experiencing loss, offering compassionate and personalized support throughout their unique grief journeys. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

Some additional education in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales
1 year of sales experience
Experience working in a CRM (lead management system)
