About The Position

The Village at Brookwood is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Counselor to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process, conduct community tours, and help them find the home that best fits their lifestyle. This position plays a key role in maintaining occupancy goals while building meaningful connections within the community.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 4+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
  • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective residents and referral sources
  • Schedule and conduct community tours and presentations
  • Guide prospects through the decision process and close sales
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and follow-ups in CRM
  • Respond promptly to website inquiries and phone leads
  • Meet outbound call expectations and track activity
  • Achieve or exceed sales and occupancy benchmarks
  • Support marketing events, prospect gatherings, and waiting list (Oak Circle) initiatives
  • Promote and represent the mission and values of The Village at Brookwood
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing
