About The Position

This position is for a Sales Counselor at Everstory Partners, focusing on selling pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The role involves assisting families with funeral selections and attending services. Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Access to a personal vehicle
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Some additional education in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales
  • 1 year of sales experience
  • Experience working in a CRM (lead management system)
