About The Position

This position is for a Sales Counselor at Everstory Partners, with estimated first-year earnings ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, featuring uncapped commission. A 6-week training period is provided with pay at $18.00 per hour. The role involves selling pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise, as well as assisting families with funeral selections and attending services. Lead generation is a key component, utilizing walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Access to a personal vehicle
Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

Some additional education in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales
1 year of sales experience
Experience working in a CRM (lead management system)
