The Sales Coordinator will assist in our sales efforts with our sales management team and customer service representatives in the Livingston Office. This role involves writing and processing customer sales contracts, being a direct contact with our Legal group on the processing of Sales Service contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents. The Sales Coordinator will maintain and distribute a record of Sales Contract updates and current status with the Sales group and Management, assist in processing internal forms for the setup of new customers, manage Railcar Management and Turnovers Reporting to Sales, and address customer complaints. Additionally, the coordinator will work with Customer Service to address inquiries and system issues, input Sales Volume forecasts, track Annual Sales versus Monthly forecasts, and maintain records of New Business Accounts and Sales updates. The role also includes preparing communications on behalf of the Chlor-Alkali Division, generating presentations for sales reviews, and participating in business trips at least once a quarter.

  • Write and process customer sales contracts.

  • Prepare and maintain internal and external communications for the Chlor-Alkali Division.
  • Update the Customer Contact List quarterly.
  • Write and distribute sales team communications with customers.
  • Generate presentations and spreadsheets for caustic soda sales review.
  • Join business trips at least once a quarter and prepare trip reports.
  • Read market updates and compose presentations for internal and external reports.
  • College graduate with two years of business/marketing coordination related work experience.
  • Experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • 4-year college degree.
