About The Position

The Sales Coordinator will assist in our sales efforts with our sales management team and customer service representatives in the Livingston Office. This role involves writing and processing customer sales contracts, being a direct contact with our Legal group for the processing of Sales Service contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents, and maintaining a record of Sales Contract updates and current status with the Sales group and Management.

Requirements

  • College graduate with two (2) years business/marketing coordination related work experience is required.
  • Petrochemical industry experience is a plus.
  • Must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to operate Windows, skilled with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
  • 4 year college degree.

Responsibilities

  • The writing and processing of our customer sales contracts.
  • Being a direct contact with our Legal group on the processing of our Sales Service contracts, NDA's and other legal documents.
  • Maintain and distribute a record of Sales Contract updates and current status with the Sales group and Management.
  • Assist on the processing of internal forms for the set-up of new customers (NAN's and NDA's) into our system.
  • Assist with Railcar Management and Turnovers Reporting to Sales.
  • Assist on Customer Complaints.
  • Work with Customer Service to address customer inquiries, and system issues.
  • On a monthly basis, input the Sales Volume forecast by customer and grade type for the upcoming month period.
  • Input and update the Annual Sales Budgeted volume by Account for each upcoming quarter and year.
  • Keep track of Annual Sales and Monthly Sales versus Monthly forecasts on a weekly basis and report to Sales Manager to help communicate that forecasted numbers are being met.
  • Maintaining our YTD sales volumes versus our forecasted sales volume.
  • Work with Sales manager on any 'special' customer requests.
  • Maintain a record of New Business Accounts and Sales updates.
  • Prepare, distribute and maintain a record of internal and external communications on behalf of Chlor-Alkali Division.
  • Maintain/Update the Customer 'Contact List' master on a Quarterly Basis.
  • Write up and distribute our sales team communications with our customer's (including but not limited to Price Increase Letters, Force Majeure letters and market updates).
  • Generate and produce presentations and spreadsheets for the purpose of caustic soda sales review.
  • Join business trip at frequency of at least once a quarter and make trip reports.
  • Read on market updates, publications, and compose presentation by request for internal and external reports.
