The Inside Sales Representative is a highly organized individual with technical product knowledge responsible for managing multiple incoming sales calls and emails. This role requires a strong understanding of the entire sales process and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands. The representative will develop meaningful professional relationships with customers and participate in proactive prospecting campaigns by phone and email. Additionally, the role involves providing customers with quotes and proposals, utilizing a CRM (Hubspot) for sales tracking, and accurately entering sales orders in the database. The representative will also process return authorizations and is required to travel to 3 or 4 trade shows annually.
