About The Position

The Sales Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager Customer Experience and supports the Sales team by managing administrative, operational, and customer-facing processes that ensure orders, data, commercialization needs, and communications flow smoothly between Sales, Customer Service, and all internal departments. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer relationships, maintaining accurate sales information, and helping the team deliver exceptional service while driving key commercial activities to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field. Applicable experience will be taken into consideration in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years Project Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Daily support for specifically assigned sales channel(s)
  • Manage full sample process from execution and tracking to follow-up.
  • Detailed understanding of inventory levels, min-max process (agreed upon customer inventory levels), with weekly responsibility of tracking and driving results.
  • Including the knowledge, communication, and implementation of customer forecasts
  • Responsible for driving RFPs to completion while collaborating with internal company departments to gather all applicable information.
  • Support new customers onboarding fully, including customer setup, launch, and follow up on any new item setup requirements.
  • Organize and drive follow up and execution for pricing requests.
  • Daily correspondence with key customers to become an extension of the sales team.
  • Responsible for driving swift communication/action around all customer complaints.
  • Support the channel members across the NPD (new product development) process while having deep knowledge of each project to support driving projects to completion.
  • Build relationships with all internal departments, including but not limited to: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Customers Service, and Sales
  • Build and provide weekly reports as needed by the channel leaders.
  • Prepare customer-faced documentation: email blasts, official price letters, sales presentations, new customer setup forms.
  • Assist with managing CRM data, sales pipelines, and customer activity tracking (Creatio)
  • Communicate effectively with all cross-functional departments within Crown.
  • Create and present proposals to decision makers.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager Customer Experience
