Seeking a professional, friendly candidate for our Sales Coordinator position to provide exceptional guest service and support to the Sales office in terms of organization and business functions. Monday-Friday with occasional weekend availability. Duties include but are not limited to: Creating Banquet checks Printing Contracts Distributing Banquet Event Orders (BEO) Administrative duties included in full job description and as assigned. Must be well organized, detail orientated, accurate, good problem-solving skills, handle multiple projects, have exceptional telephone etiquette and have outstanding customer service skills. Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required Must remain flexible with schedule to accommodate business needs. Prioritizing is a must! Regular daily duties must be completed by the end of the scheduled shift.
