What You’ll Do: As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the connective force between clients, sales, product development, and operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support, coordination, or operations
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and professionalism
  • Confidence working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, account executives, and internal teams
  • Maintain professional and timely client communications
  • Support and help execute new product development initiatives
  • Compile and analyze customer feedback and market insights
  • Prepare and manage sample shipments for current and prospective clients
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment
  • Participate in trade events and support broader sales initiatives
