The Big Task As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll create exceptional first impressions by turning customer leads into booked sales appointments.

Requirements

  • If you have strong communication skills, actively listen to others, stay composed under pressure, and treat every customer with patience and respect, you’re the right fit for the Sales Coordinator role at Logan Services.
  • If you’re organized, comfortable using customer databases and Microsoft Office, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling calls, responding with empathy, and resolving inquiries with a problem-solving mindset
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on Sales appointments efficiently to turn leads into booked calls and satisfied customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communicate clearly via phone, email, and text to ensure seamless interactions
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve issues, meet performance goals, and support overall business success
