About The Position

TotalPrint USA (TPUSA) is a nationwide managed print service division of DEX Imaging. TPUSA provides white glove service to company offices coast to coast, with a focus on managing all manufactures of printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. As part of DEX Imaging, TPUSA offers cutting-edge office technologies and environmentally-friendly solutions to help businesses improve their operations.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deal Coordinator at TotalPrint USA in Tampa, FL. The Deal Coordinator will be responsible for managing initial customer accounts, coordinating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis and working closely with sales teams, customers, and partners to streamline the deal process.
