Responsibilities

Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
Support sales teams with administrative tasks such as expense reports, processing invoices, etc.
Assist sales and marketing team with a variety of internal and external tasks.
Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect details and coordinate with clients.
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
