About The Position
We are seeking a results-oriented professional to bridge our sales operations and marketing functions. This role is integral to driving pipeline efficiency, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring consistent client engagement, all within a growing, enterprise-focused consulting environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years in sales coordination or marketing support
- Proficiency with CRM platforms — Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Nice To Haves
- Background in IT services or ERP (Oracle EBS, SAP, JDE)
- Experience with digital marketing and email automation tools
- Familiarity with RFP and proposal management processes
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and marketing strategy
Responsibilities
- Sales coordination: Pipeline management, proposals, CRM accuracy, and client communication support.
- Marketing execution: Email campaigns, digital marketing, collateral development, and event coordination.
- Lead management: Lead qualification, timely follow-up, and reporting dashboards for leadership.
