We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Int’l Sales & Distribution Client Services Coordinator to join our Sales team to support both our international sales operations and our distribution business. This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales, International and Distribution Client Publishers. As part of our Client Publishers Service team, this hands-on participant will work directly with our prestigious and award-winning client publishers and will be involved in all aspects within our sales and distribution relationship. The role also supports our International Sales partners with sales groups based in London, Melbourne, and Toronto, as well as a global network of reps, to ensure Abrams and our client publisher's books reach readers worldwide. Requiring exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills, the Coordinator will play a key role in trafficking materials, tracking sales and project workflows, maintaining critical data, managing deadlines, and facilitating communication among internal and external teams. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of publishing experience preferred, in a sales, operations, or publishing services role
  • Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills with proven ability to track, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro and comfort learning new systems.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem‑solving instincts, and a genuine enthusiasm for books.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and seasonal workflows across International and Distribution teams.
  • Coordinate creation, approval, and distribution of sales materials, launch decks, sales conference presentations, and metadata updates.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, tracking systems, and shared drives to ensure accuracy and easy access to current information.
  • Traffic assets such as covers, interiors, images, and metadata through FTP sites, vendor platforms, and other systems
  • Organize and oversee sample and ARC mailings for reps and partners.
  • Serve as a daily contact for client publishers and international partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Provide clear, solutions‑oriented support for issues related to metadata, inventory, assets, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Publicity, Inventory, Operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
  • Support the Director, Client Publisher Services, in the management of distribution client lists, including title onboarding, metadata maintenance, and sales material coordination.
  • Work directly with client publishers to distribute updates, publicity blasts, and operational communications.
  • Create and update Amazon A+ content and manage Amazon Vendor Central listings.
  • Track orders against sales estimates and first prints; identify related reprint opportunities.
  • Assist in annual client business reviews with sales reporting and presentation support, and follow‑up coordination.
  • Manage author event orders, e‑book file processes, and other client operational workflows.
  • Liaise with international rep groups, providing timely updates, materials, and communication.
  • Update internal databases to track sales and coordinate drop shipments
  • Prepare presentation materials for sales conferences and account meetings
  • Support international marketing and publicity requests by supplying assets, copy, and sales information as needed.
