RDO supports many major contractors and companies in this region, all of them enjoy the competent, experienced partnership our team members provide. Are you ready to join them? What You Will Do Be the engine behind the sales team: Keep the sales process moving from quote to close by supporting Sales Managers and Sales Professionals every step of the way — paperwork, tracking, followâups and all. Own the details (and nail them): Prepare, review, and manage sales documentation, finance paperwork, warranties, and system updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience. Coordinate equipment from order to delivery: Help locate equipment and attachments, place inventory orders, track deliveries, coordinate logistics, and partner with the yard and service teams to keep everything flowing. Be the goâto for systems and reporting: Use company systems to accurately record sales activity, monitor reports, clear general ledger items, and support monthly inventory processes. Support financing and manufacturer programs: Review finance documents before they go to customers and stay up to speed on manufacturer programs, incentives, and extended warranty offerings. Partner across the operation: Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Equipment Coordinators, and Yard teams to ensure deals move efficiently and customers are taken care of. Represent professionalism at all times: Interact with customers, coworkers, and partners in a way that reflects positively on the dealership and builds longâterm relationships.
