About The Position

Support the sales staff by performing administrative services and handling customer service matters and logistics.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Associates Degree preferred.
  • Candidate must have a strong competency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
  • Candidate must be able to work a M-F in-office schedule
  • Detail oriented, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required; bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up new projects for sales and update projects for dispatch
  • Review daily order report and submit corrections
  • PowerPoint presentations for monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Submit credit/rebill, tax corrections, and offline credits
  • Run customer reports
  • Maintain customer lists and project files
  • Manage tax exempt certificates in JDE
  • Reoccurring Reporting
  • Assist sales group, back up for other Sales Coordinator and Sales Auditor, and perform all other duties as required
  • Other duties as assigned
