About The Position

Woodfin-Your Home Team is searching for a Sales Lead Coordinator to join our team! This is an integral piece of a very important puzzle! The Sales Lead Coordinator works to support the Sales Team by securing qualified leads through meaningful interactions with customers from multiple outlets including in-bound phone calls, online inquiries, and referrals. The Sales Lead Coordinator position is fast paced and outcome focused while balancing a soft touch and customer-oriented approach. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Fluent English reading and writing skills are required.
  • Must have a strong command of technology and computer systems (specifically Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Natural strength in communication with people from varying backgrounds over different platforms including telephone, email, and in person.
  • Capable of operating at a consistently high level while multi-tasking.
  • Self-motivated performer with the ability to exist in a team environment.
  • Reliable in both action and attendance.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working within the HVAC Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with external contacts with the goal of securing and scheduling appointments for our Sales team to meet with customers.
  • Juggle a high inbound call volume while providing daily support to the Sales Representatives.
  • Able to adjust focus during high and low work volume periods.
  • Interact with co-workers to ensure the efficient and accurate passing of information to increase a positive Sales experience for both Internal and External Customers.
  • Exhibit self-motivation to tackle assignments with minimal supervision including weekend voice mail and virtual inquiry follow up, online server management, backlog clean up, etc.
