Reporting to our GM, the Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the Sales and Operations team at DTC – North America, a global technology leader in secure wireless communications and surveillance systems. Based in our Ashburn office, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, improving systems efficiency, and enabling operational excellence across ERP and CRM platforms including SAP. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where the Sales Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact for National Sales teams—supporting quoting activities and maintaining accurate system data, The role will play an active part in SAP operations, helping to improve processes, resolve day-to-day system challenges, and ensure Sales has the tools and information needed to perform effectively.
