About The Position

SALES & MARKETING COORDINATION Assist the Director of Sales and General Manager in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Respond to RFPs, corporate inquiries, airline crew accounts, and group leads in a timely manner. Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and account production tracking. Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and sales presentations. Support contract preparation, renewals, and rate loading. Monitor competitor rates and market trends. Assist with social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Maintain brand standards in all marketing communications. RESERVATIONS MANAGEMENT Manage all room reservations via phone, email, OTA extranets, and brand systems. Ensure accurate rate quoting and inventory management. Input and update reservations in the PMS system. Coordinate group blocks, crew reservations, and special billing instructions. Handle guest inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Ensure proper communication with Front Office and Housekeeping teams regarding arrivals and VIPs. Monitor daily pickup, availability, and occupancy forecasts.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel experience required (Front Desk, Reservations, or Sales preferred).
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (PEP)
  • Strong understanding of revenue management basics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
