This position is key in developing relationships with our home buyers to set appointments for our New Home Consultant to take the customer to the next step in fulfilling their vision for a dream home. You will work hand in hand with our customers in making their personal selections that will work best in their custom home. Additionally, you will provide special event coordination by calling for attendance/invites, confirming RSVPs, preparing collateral, planning, and following through on all event catering needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with home buyers to set appointments for New Home Consultant.
- Assist customers in making personal selections for their custom home.
- Coordinate special events including attendance calls, RSVPs, collateral preparations, and catering needs.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required; new home sales or retail sales preferred.
- Must be efficient in utilizing Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce) is required.
- Availability to work Saturday and one late night per week.
