Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other sales-related events.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for management.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the sales department.
