About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This is a full-time, year-round position with a pay range of $20 - $25 per hour. The role involves following up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team. You'll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.

Requirements

• 3 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
