Dolese Delivers: Stable Foundation Treat with Respect Safe Environments Employee Focus JOB SUMMARY The Concrete Sales Coordinator is responsible for gathering information from customers, members of the Concrete Sales team, and online resources to retain and grow the existing customer base. This position will coordinate the sales process through Customer Relations Management (CRM) workflow, qualify leads, upsell to current customers, cold call prospective customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in a sales, administrative, or related role required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that fosters effective relationships
  • Ability to read, write, and figure mathematical calculations
  • Proficient in typing and Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to be professional and courteous when communicating with customers
  • Ability to learn the CRM system
  • Willingness to learn new skills as required
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as required
  • Lift, push, or pull objects of various dimensions up to 30 lbs. of weight frequently
  • Ability to perform 80% sedentary work and tolerate prolonged standing/sitting/walking
  • Ability to repeatedly balance, bend from the trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
  • Ability to verbally communicate, hear, and see

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CRM, reading plans, and reading specifications for concrete/masonry preferred
  • Concrete and/or masonry knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of local contractors a plus

Responsibilities

  • Determine, plan, and implement appropriate projects and opportunities that support the sales team
  • Set up takeoffs by entering updates within CRM
  • Qualify sales leads and direct them to field and/or insides sales for close
  • Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements
  • Create a project in the ticketing system with quoted pricing
  • Engage with the sales team and customers to effectively address their needs
  • Review all orders from the previous day prior to invoicing to ensure correct pricing, tax, delivery charges, etc.
  • Review the Price Below Standard Report on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy of entries
  • Coordinate product submittal for customers
  • Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
