About The Position

We’re looking for a Sales & Procurement Representative to support customer relationships, supplier development, and light purchasing within the automotive manufacturing industry. This role works closely with Tier 1 customers, internal teams, and outsourcing partners to support pricing, quoting, and new program launches.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Japanese/English
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office
• Comfortable communicating with multiple people and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with 4 Tier 1 customers and 4 outsourcing suppliers
• Support new business development, quoting, pricing updates, and prototype requests
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production Control on new project start‑ups
• Analyze design/material/process changes for cost impact
• Manage 5 purchase orders per week for outsourced products
• Assist with supplier negotiations and issue resolution
• Use Excel for reporting (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Work within IQMS ERP (experience not required)
