About The Position

The Sales Coordinator for Emerging Markets at RDO Equipment Co. is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, managing technology kits, and overseeing the movement of equipment within the dealership. This role involves coordinating with various departments to facilitate efficient processes, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure inventory accuracy and complete technology kits.
  • Document traffic movements, costs, and system searchability.
  • Organize and maintain the facility for Emerging Markets technology equipment.
  • Assign inventory to customers and coordinate with Field Support groups on invoicing and accounting.
  • Manage pre-delivery inspection workflow and final delivery to customers.
  • Develop long-term relationships with employees to facilitate efficient dealership processes.
  • Assemble deal whole goods for transfer to the shop.
  • Conduct monthly inventory scanning and reconciliation.
  • Inventory equipment prior to shipment to ensure deal completion.
  • Ship equipment for deals and perform traffic accordingly.
  • Communicate with customers and the Service department on shipments.
  • Monitor the trafficking process for all equipment entering or leaving the store.
  • Conduct thorough checks on all equipment prior to transferring it to the shop.
  • Move, link, unlink, and monitor all equipment in the store.
  • Prepare equipment for rental, sale, and/or demo.
  • Manage loaner/rental/demo equipment and activate cellular SIM cards.
  • Engage with the service department and source loaner equipment.
  • Follow up with service and customers for status and return of loaner equipment.
  • Act as point of contact for field technicians regarding missing or incomplete items.
  • Palletize equipment and coordinate trucking pickup and delivery.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
  • Maintain a professional image of RDO Equipment Co. in the presence of customers and the community.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training and communication efforts.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, and support resources.
